CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. You can change contact and delivery information by contacting our customer service team. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible, but we may not be able to cancel an order if it is already being processed. Please note that cancellation requires confirmation from us.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving all your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or un-altered, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We do not pay for return shipping on any item

Replacements

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving incorrect or defective garments or garments damaged due to shipping issues. Please contact us within seven days with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will provide you with a solution.

 

All returns and exchanges need to contact us, returns without permission will be considered unacceptable
